To cater to this, we have crafted a variety of dynamic and interactive workshops specifically tailored to ignite the imaginations of kids and teens.
Our engaging kids workshops center around the art of ceramics, focusing on the versatile hand-building techniques of slab and coil. These methods empower children to discover and develop their artistic abilities by allowing them to shape and mold their own distinctive pieces. From fanciful sculptures to practical objects, the creative possibilities are limitless. Throughout the workshops, participants not only learn about ceramics but also immerse themselves in hands-on activities. Encouraged to unleash their imagination, children express their creativity through a range of projects with the guidance and support of our experienced instructors.
In our teens workshops, the spotlight is on mastering the pottery wheel. Conducted in small groups with individualized attention, participants acquire fundamental wheel skills and techniques to proficiently craft basic vessels. A key feature of our kids and teens workshops is the captivating under-glazing process. Here, they explore and apply vibrant underglazes to their ceramic creations, showcasing their artistic flair. Following the under-glazing, our studio instructors will glaze and fire the artwork in our kiln.

Kids Pottery Workshop - Hand building Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter Teacups + Saucers set (for ages 8-12yrs)
Join us at our upcoming workshop tailored for kids aged 8-12 and watch as your child is transported into a world of creative wonder. Delve into the realm of hand-building teacups and saucers inspired by the enchanting Alice in Wonderland theme. Nurture their imagination as they embark on the journey of crafting distinctive pottery pieces that will be cherished for years to come.
Please keep in mind that this workshop is hands-on, quite literally. You should expect to get your hands dirty as you mold and shape your vessel. We recommend having trimmed nails and wearing clothing that you don't mind getting a little splattered with artistic flair.
Once you've completed the workshop, your masterpiece will be carefully sent off to the kiln for firing. Your finished pieces will be available for pick-up approximately 3-4 weeks after the workshop.

Teens Pottery - Wheel Workshop (13YR+)
During this teens intro to pottery wheel workshop, they will learn the fundamental skills needed to create pottery on the wheel. We will guide them through the process of centering clay and forming various shapes. By the end of the workshop, you will have successfully crafted 2-3 basic vessels using the wheel.
Please note: Working with clay can get messy! We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Additionally, it's advisable to tie up long hair and opt for flat shoes to enhance comfort during the session. Moreover, short fingernails make it easier to work with the clay on the wheel. The cost of our workshops includes glazing and firing, allowing you to see your creations come to life with beautiful, vibrant finishes.

Spring has officially arrived! The transition from the cold winter months to the brighter and warmer days of spring is a great opportunity to spend more time outside and infuse your garden with some creative flair.
Crafting a unique ceramic wind chime or bell can be a wonderful way to enhance the sounds of nature around you. Kids Pottery: Santa Platter (for cookies!)
Santa and his reindeers are working tirelessly this season to bring joy to children by fulfilling their wish lists! In this delightful Kids' workshop, children will have the opportunity to handbuild a beautiful ceramic platter specifically for Santa and his dedicated reindeers. They can fill it with an assortment of cookies, milk, and treats to show their appreciation for the hard work of the reindeers! Additionally, they will get to express their creativity by underglazing and decorating this festive platter. Rest assured, we will ensure that the platter is glazed and fired to perfection before the arrival of Christmas.
This workshop is for ages 8yrs and up.
HAND-BUILD CERAMIC HALLOWEEN CANDY BOWL
Inviting the kids to come and immerse themselves in the Halloween spirit as they craft your very own ceramic candy bowl. Using the coil hand-building technique, young potters will design and shape their candy bowls, turning visions into reality. Our instructor will provide expert guidance, teaching you how to incorporate unique designs and patterns to make your candy bowl truly stand out.
This ceramic candy bowl not only serves as a fun storage solution for trick-or-treaters' treats but also doubles as a stunning decor piece. Add an extra touch of spookiness to your home during the haunting season with this one-of-a-kind creation.
The bowl will be ready for pickup by Halloween after they have been glazed and fired in our kiln.

Pottery workshop: Cereal bowl + spoon set
Join us for a fun and creative activity to gear up for the new school year! We are excited to invite kids to join us for a pottery workshop where they will have the opportunity to make their very own cereal bowl and spoon set. Our pottery instructor will teach them the hand-building technique, allowing them to shape and mold their bowls and spoons using clay.
During the workshop, kids will learn the process and skill of hand building, which enables them to create unique pieces. They will also have the chance to add their own personal touch by applying underglaze to their creations, adding vibrant colors and style. Safety is paramount at our studio, and we want parents to have peace of mind. Thus, we assure you that the finished project will be expertly glazed and made food safe. Kids will be able to use their custom-made bowl and spoon sets not just for their morning cereal, but for any other meals they enjoy!

Calling all young potters to join us for this hand build Pet Bowl Workshop and create a pet bowl for their furry friends! Taught by one of our pottery instructor, they will learn the process and skill of hand building and underglazing to create a special piece of art for your favorite fur creature. The finished bowl will be glazed at our studio and will be food safe.

We are excited to launch our Kids Pottery workshop series! In this workshop, our young potters will learn how to hand build a unique abstract mug, including the process of wedging, design and molding. Once the mug is formed, they will be able to artistically decorate their mug through the process of under glazing.
