Front Yard Package

Curb appeal is what makes your home inviting. It is the first thing you see every time you come home. Prioritizing the landscape and architectural aesthetic is what makes curb appeal stand out. Our front yard package includes a rendered plan, landscape plan, and plant schedule with images for just the front yard landscape enhancements. If hardscape, lighting and furnishings are desired, that will be incorporated as well. If you would like to include architectural enhancements and color selections for your house, that can be an add on service and more detail can be found on our exterior color consults page.
*Side yards should be considered in your landscape plans but are often neglected spaces. There are many things they can be useful for but where do they fall in our project scope? Side yards can easily be included in front and backyard plans without it being considered a "full yard" plan as the line between front, side and backyards often blend together. Most of the time they fall more under a back yard scope but we don't want to omit the occasional time when a front yard update would like to include the side yard as well without committing to a full yard landscape plan.
